Richard A. Butkus, Jr. - General Manager
Rich brings more than 20 years of business management and 15 years of surveying experience to Control Point. As General Manager, he oversees all day to day operational and tactical aspects of the firm. His ability to anticipate client needs and grow long term relationships, have helped to increase customer satisfaction and led to continued growth of our company. In addition, he implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with firm methodology.

Paul Jurkowski - Branch Manager
Paul has extensive expertise with project coordination, forensic surveying, construction and interior/exterior building surveys. As Branch Manager, he works closely with the other Project Managers to maximize quality and customer satisfaction. With over 29 years land surveying experience, he delivers superior results to our clients. He is also intimately involved with all teams, ensuring deadlines and objectives are achieved.

John is a highly experienced land surveyor with over 25 years experience. He is licensed in numerous states, including Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Virginia, and New Hampshire. As Project Manager he is responsible for ensuring our best practices are followed and quality assurance goals are obtained. His remarkable ability to synthesize complex and diverse information makes him an integral part of our team.

Marc is a Surveyor in Training with over 14 years of experience. As HDS project Manager his expertise is in High Definition Surveying and Scanning. He incorporates his extensive experience in Existing Conditions Surveys for facades, floor plans, M.E.P. and building interiors in 2D as well as 3D.
