Control Point Associates, Inc. performed surveying and mapping services for a building portfolio in Blauvelt, NY. The property encompassed 20 individual parcels covering 180 acres
with 19 industrial buildings, bisected by a railroad.
In order to complete this project in the short time frame of 3 weeks, we utilized our traditional and UAV services with multiple crews on-site concurrently.
The survey crews located boundary control and set GPS for the UAV photocontrol. Orthoimages from the various flights needed to cover the large area were used to map
planimetric features. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
